The Pārśvanātha Digambara Jaina Temple at Muddebihal has been constructed on the side of an old kuṇḍa, a deep stepped water basin, which follows the risalit subgroup of construction. The temple was still under construction in 2001, when a raised second shrine was constructed, although no image was yet available to be installed inside this higher cella
