Ādinātha Temple

The Ādinātha Temple at Srirangapatnam, alternatively known as Śrīraṅgapatnam Svāmī Jaina Temple, is dated by an inscription to 1589 CE. According to local legend, the statues housed in the large temple structure came from 1008 destroyed Jaina temples in the area. Especially old are the images of Padmāvatī and Dhāraṇendra.
